No update. I contacted the VO and they said they have everything they need and I should rest assured they will contact me when a decision is made.

Pre-arrival letter is positive things means you passed Eligibility from is what I have seen GCMS notes.after medical will he be Dm. I did medical and receive Pre-Arrival a year ago but still waiting to DM. Have you being requested additional document like Police Certificate?

Mostly Covid-19 reason, GCMS notes in generated in Feb, 2020 file location: B Decision require PR since then no movement

They are working but always ignore case specific enquiry even if processing timeline has passed.

Tsegerada and Arma got medical requests so definitely they are working on the applications.

a year wait!?! so frustrating for you! yes, police certificate was requested & submitted back in Feb before shut down. so really hoping this will be the last thing, and will take less than a year!

Hello everyone, I am following up my brother case sponsoring a spouse. Process starts on May 1st 2019 b
Her Permanent Residence status says no 6. Medical results have been received. Medical done on Nov 2019 And Biometric in Feb 2020 and that was it no movement after that due to Covid-19. Do you guys have any idea what is going on the Nairobi visa center or any experience with her stage and status. Is it a good idea to send them email for status inquiry? Nairobi VO was basically not processing any PR applications from mid March to early September. Now they are operating very well. So, just wait for update from them. Unfortunately, Nairobi almost never responds to application specific enquiry.

Thanks for a quick reply. Glad to hear they are now operating. I want to email them because it was way out of the Normal processing time (over a year and 5 month) will wait October and November hoping for a good news.

No response and I don’t think they will respond. Sad to see how we are being treated!

I suggest we should all send case specific enquiries. That way it might pressure them to speed things up.
