I am not frustrated. I am thankful to the Canadian Government for giving my family the opportunity to make Canada our new home. The world is going through immense problems and these delays are not even pin-pricks (relatively speaking). Hand on heart, spousal visas should any day have a higher priority than PGP visas.
Parents don’t need to show income proof. Asking about money is about how much cash she has with her. You usually need to show proof of relationship when you are checking in for your flight not on arrival.
Would really discourage people from created false documents (leases) to secure documentation. Once quarantine is over you will be able to easily get other documents to prove your address.We (my wife as a landlord) signed the standard Ontario lease form with them as tennants using our home address

So, we did it in this order:
Day 1
1. For SIN - Used COPR. (Had booked an appointment, they gave it on the spot)
2. For Photo ID / OHIP we used - COPR + Passport + Lease
3. For Phone Plans (Fido) we used - SIN + Passport + COPR. They also issued a Phone Bill (Utility) which shows the address which then becomes second address proof.
DAY 2
4. Bank (RBC) - Chq / Saving A/Cs & Credit Cards - SIN+Passports+ COPR (Had booked an appointment)
5. Condo (Pre Construction)* they booked with - Passport + COPR; by the time we came home PR Cards were waiting...
* This was of-course pre researched, not an impulse buy ;-)

i was asked for additional docs in Dec 2019 and Aug 2020
My mother is on visitor visa - so here is the situation ...
i got her passport renewed - due 1 year validity requirement by CIC.
have not received the new passport yet - once i will - will send it to IRCC..
Q. Biometrics was requested in the letter i had received ---------- tho Biometrics was completed in Dec 2019 in Toronto - and her account does show biometrics number - why would they send me letter again ...i have asked CIC agent atleast 10 times - same answer its a tech glitch
whereas the officer who is reviewing the case has sent this bio request again..
makes me wonder are they blind to ignore important details
her account says under biometrics info - we have not received your fingerprints ?
does that mean we need to bio again- if yes we have not received any call from Service Canada as if now...
Q.Visitor's visa expire in March end - the way things are moving - super slow due covid - am i able to apply for new visa within Canada for Indian national

They are not blind but different department handle different things at time. Some visa office are closed due to covid at the moment. I think you can send a webform to comment.
