If u proceed , ur case I’ll be refused . But, u could have checked it on CRS calculator , not in ur profileDecline it as the Result date is after ITA

Any bank history gets deleted after 5 years in the ukThe bank will not file a criminal case against you for unpaid debt... at best they will file a civil action for recovery of money... they would only file a criminal action if it is suspected that you are using your account to commit fraud or some other financial crime... even in that case they won’t go to court straight... it will be referred to the police for investigation... and you would have been notified by the police of an investigation against you. anyway, without digressing too much... it is very very unlikely that you have a case in court... or a police investigation... thus, your debt shouldn’t be a concern for you vis a vis your pcc... you are overthinking it!!
History gets deleted after 5 years in the uk, unless u were deportedHi guys,
I need help, maybe someone has info.
I studied in UK 9 years ago and didn’t close my debit card when I left. I don’t know if there is any debt is left (I mean negative balance) or since banks renew cards by mail without informing customers someone else might have recieved and used it. I can’t find my card and bank can’t help. I have no idea what happened since (i.e gone to court etc).
I need a police certificate now. Can unpaid debt be shown in police certificate in case I have it, even if it has gone to court without me knowing ?
Thanks!
Scores won’t drop below 470 atleast for another year , unless regular draws start again3100 is not a small number, with IELTS and TEF centres opening again, there will definitely be a bigger number of candidates in the range. Also, i hope you are right, we all want the CRS to drop I just hope they start conducting bi-monthly all programs draw soon. This will def drop the score
What's the probability of restarting regular fsw draws before December?Scores won’t drop below 470 atleast for another year , unless regular draws start again
Not until April , as Canadian government wants to facilitate people who are already in Canada . They want them to get settled at first , then the global talent can comeWhat's the probability of restarting regular fsw draws before December?
I m a FSW and at 470 . Yh , they are benefitting them , as it’s government’s responsibility to take care of people who are there . FSW are not so important at the momentNot until April , as Canadian government wants to facilitate people who are already in Canada . Okay. What's the fate of 470. When is it likely to drop to 470? That April?I m a FSW and at 470 . Yh , they are benefitting them , as it’s government’s responsibility to take care of people who are there . FSW are not so important at the moment
You may be correct, I don't know. But then why do any FSW draws at all now? They're still doing them, just not as regularly. And now they're even issuing foreign PPRs again. So, they must want outside talent right now.I m a FSW and at 470 . Yh , they are benefitting them , as it’s government’s responsibility to take care of people who are there . Correct! If they really wanted only inland people, they could hace easily kept the CEC/PNP only draws for a year or longer. Thankfully for many of us, even with the worst pandemic in a 100 years, they are rotating FSW draws. You may be correct, I don't know. But then why do any FSW draws at all now? Exactly. Not that it's easy necessarily, but it does seem worth it for numerous reasons.Correct! For people in low 470s, 460s and even 450s, the recommendation would be learn French, it can potentially you boost your CRS by enough points to secure an ITA.
I'm learning the language and I already got an ITA, as it can come handy in the future in Canada..
In my opinion, with alternating draws, expect:Are we expecting to see a higher cutoff score than previous rounds in this week's PNP/CEC draw?
Last CEC draw saw cutoff jumped 9 points to 454. Is it going to be over 460 this time?
The variables are too many.... you can’t really tell....In my opinion, with alternating draws, expect:
All program: slow decline until stable on low 470s
CEC: increase until stable on high 460s
I might be totally off tho, I am just analyzing data from the last couple months
