may instruction po kasi dun po mismo sa email, check nyo po mismo yung email nyo ng Passport Request po sa dulo may instruction po yun. ewan ko kung iba po sa inyo

Please find attached the instructions for xxxx on how to submit your original passport to the embassy in Manila. You submit it through the closest VAC (you can figure out the closest VAc by clicking on the link provided in the attached letter). You will also need to provide 2 photos with your passport and complete Appendix B (which is attached). You then have to submit everything in a single package with a copy of the attached letter to the VAC.
