Yes we called them and they said the application is not yet in their system. So do they give temporary file number even if it not their system yet
You may have to call and ask and explain your situation and possibly call again and try with a different agent. If you check other threads you'll see this has been inconsistent.

I will let my wife call again by Monday. I called an immigration lawyer and she told me that. I should prepare a different application and forward it to the right address in Sydney but am scared maybe if i re send a new application and they might refuse both because of the first one

It's up to you. You could certainly start preparing a re-submission. But I would try calling and pushing as hard as you can to see if they have anything in the system before actually submitting a new one.

We don't have much to go on but relatively recently IRCC has forwarded internally (i.e. through their internal mail system) to Sydney. Hopefully your calls will shake loose some kind of answer.

And no, I don't believe submitting a new one would cause them to refuse both.

My outland spousal sponsorship paper application was received on Fed 25 and I received AOR on March 8, but no other other update since that.

Has anyone received their Biometric request/ SA yet for around these dates? Please advise, I am worried because its almost past 6 months now.
