So in essence IRCC just bought another 90 days from me? Because they know 90% of applicants cannot do a biometrics at the moment. Sneaky.

No guarantee it will work, but ... send a webform when you contact and ask them to use the previous biometrics given the specific circumstances.

I have no knowledge or expectation this will work. But why not try?

No. From my understanding, she can get the bio and med done in any country that offers that service on behalf of IRCC, like VACs.

What does it mean?

What does it mean?

Means they made a decision about whether you are approved as a sponsor - which 99.99% you are. Congrats!
