For Hong Kong applicant, we can only apply the PCC after IRCC request it and show HK police force the request letter. And because of the Covid-19, my PCC finally got delivered in May.

I got AOR 1 and my application got transferred to Mississauga already.

I ordered the gcms notes, under ORGANIZATIONS & ENTITIES, I found this: I'm worried it means they won't process my application because of Covid-19. My application hasn't been touched since March. Did anybody get the same thing?
