Yes , Amman visa office
I was thinking maybe its a general IRCC order not to proceed with PPRs yet but if other VOs are doing it then clearly Ankara VO is just being irresponsible. I know they been handling way more than they were capable of even before pandemic but no one cared for a better solution. We contact IRCC and they say we have no access to our VOs and you must contact them directly but thats just obsurd ! We are not applying to immigrate our spouses to Turkey we are asking Canada to take care of the mismanagement in that particular VO. Why do we have to push Ankara VO when clearly they just ignore us ?? This is not our responsibility. We do everything as they say and expect them to do their part. Pandemic might not go away anytime soon thats just BS to simply blame it on that when clearly they dont have enough sources and courage to do what they are supposed to. Im shocked to hear some of you guys had to wait for 14+ months to get an answer. Its not rocket science. Family sponsorship is supposed to be the quickest way to get a final decision especially for outland applications.

It is not just Ankara, it seems to be the government policy. If you look at OUTLAND Applications forums, you'll see every one from different VO's are waiting for PPR.

I applied in May 2019 too. My application is at Ankara office. We did everything such as biometric fingerprints and medical examination. Still no answer! It’s been a year and 4 months. Anyways, congrats for the May person who got the passport request.
