@EhsRm @JFK_YVR my application is at one year and 4 months. I have sent lots of emails. I only got the computer response (due to COVID-19 blah blah blah). They are lazy. Lots of people here got their passport requests and they applied after me! Congrats to them. I know luck plays a role here...
