I have not yet raised a webform. I have applied for notes only and waiting for them.

Received GU on August 4, 2020.
Will be placing a Webform request tomorrow (August 6th)

I raised a webform to know my VO.

Huh! cannot be optimistic anymore on receiving PPR anytime soon when border closures keep extending.

We are extending the reciprocal restrictions at the Canada-US border for another 30 days, till Sept. 21, 2020. We will continue to do what’s necessary to keep our communities safe.

Thanks for the information, it helped . I tried calling them at 8 AM EST, seems like they accept calls from 9AM - 5PM. Was able to reach an agent pretty easily right after 9AM without much waiting.
