Can someone decipher this?

I had raised two GCMS notes with a 2 month interval and the only difference I see that ONLINE CASE STATUS has changed from 1 to 0
(just below the ACTIVITY section and above EDOCS section).

In the recent GCMS NOTES - July 16th

ONLINE CASE STATUS : 0

<No text>

However in the earlier GCMS NOTES - May 14th

ONLINE CASE STATUS : 1
Application Status : We are processing your application.We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information.
Review of eligibility: We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Review of Medical Results: You passed the medical exam.
Review of additional documents: Not Required

AOR: Dec 27th.
It still shows application under process. I think we won't hear until Canada opens borders for new immigrants (students, workers, and PRs). Waiting for the news, they apparently gonna make a decision and announce on June 30th. So fingers crossed.
Also, I guess it depends on your country too. I live in the UAE and we are fully reopened - VFS Canada is now opened to do biometrics and all that. So I guess if your country is opened and Canada allows new immigrants to enter, then you get updates, but if not, then there will be another wait.

Status: Approved ( as per both GCMS and Webform)

Background/Criminal check: Passed

I got ADR on 30th March for my sons custody papers, which I submitted on 13th April. File was approved on 14th April ( as per GCMS notes I raised in June). But in the webform I raised in mid May, it said: The background verifications are currently valid. All the required documents and information have been received by the responsible office for the moment.

I also raised a webform last week informing them that my medical is going to expire in August ,they replied 'Please wait for our further instruction on how to submit passport. In the event, that medical expired, medical will be extended. '

My suggestion would be get GCMS notes, as webform replies are somewhat generic and also can be misleading. Now a days the notes seem to arrive within 30 days.

What date is on the GCMS notes as far as date initiated?

Yes i received the notes on the 14th July. The initiated date is 3rd July.

Be patient. Sydney is very slow. My application was stuck there for 11 months and without any ADR.
I called IRCC probably around 40 times after it had passed 6 months. Nothing helped.

Hopefully the GU will mean your security has been started, it seems to be the thing that is holding up applications at the moment.
