You should not exclude any information that they´ll find out anyway. Try reaching out directly to IRCC or get professional advice from a lawyer since your case seems more complex than just missing documentation.

I just got denied for express entry as I didn't provide them a valid police certificate for the USA.. Now i need to know what my options are? Can I reapply? I believe you can only apply once a year also my post graduate work permit expires in September. Is there any way I can extend my work permit?

Or should I apply for schools? would it be possible for me to get a student permit if I go back to school? Just need to view my options.

Any help is appreciated.

They will ask you if you have previously applied for PR and you have to enter the application number that got rejected.

No, they said they didn’t review my documents any further because my police certificate was invalid.

I didn’t go to FBI to get my certificate which is why it was rejected. I wasn’t aware that is what I had to do. Instead I reached out to a police department to obtain it. They didn’t review my docs any further and said my profile was incomplete.

no, they stated that they didn't review anything and cancelled my application.

I didn't know I had to obtain it from FBI for the united states. I just reached the police department online and they provided it to me. on the letter it states that my profile is incomplete.

Because those are the clear instructions for US police certificates. You have to prove you are not a criminal nationally, not just in your town of Podunk, IL.
