Yep.. It'll take few days to set up everything. They just announced of the opening but are not operating at the moment. It's a management level announcement and staff is not back at work yet. Give it few days and it'll be sorted. But I am skeptical about Aug 3rd appointments, unless otherwise they prove me wrong.

Right I'll try to call them tomorrow otherwise I'll reschedule to 4th or 5 the August. Thank you again for the input.

Just wanted to update that they are making new accounts and booking appointments. I know a person who made account today and booked it. Confirmation email was not appearing in inbox and after few minutes a re-login to email resolved the issue.

Yes i got appointment on 5th August and created my account just 15 mins ago.

Both are diffeent rhis appointment email is just for vsf it dose not matter with ircc.donot worry

Biometrics collection must take place at the same time as or after the applicant submits an application and they receive a biometric instruction letter (BIL).

Better to submit and wait for BIL which usually arrives next day or with in first week of application.
