This is it folks, I received an email from the Halifax office scheduling my virtual oath ceremony for the 27th. It seems that we are picking up the pace, hope everyone will get notified about their ceremonies soon.

No, it's our first time.

I had my oath ceremony today. Took 15 minutes. The officials were super friendly.
Now just waiting for the documents... I think I will need to get my passport before I can truly believe it's 'over'.

Congratulations again. My oath is on 22nd July Can you share whether you have signed Oath with black ink pen or with black ink ballpen. Kindly advise.
Any other member who have attended virtual oath may also can share above. Thanks.

Hi , my updates are as follows
Citizenship

1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on July 2, 2019.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on September 12, 2019.
3. We started processing your application on October 23, 2019.

I have not received any other update yet, is there anything I can do? I am over 55 , so I wont have a citizenship test. Is there anyone having similar situation as mine, your experience could help me to understand.

Thank you. I signed the oath electronically by using Adobe.

Hello. Thanks for sharing that info. We hope to get it soon then. We did our test on February 12.
Can you kindly share de subject email or how the email will show on the spam? To have an idea.

I just checked my ecas and I apparently received an oath invitation on Monday for a ceremony on August 14. I have not received any email though, so I am going to contact cic about that.
