Hello, I applied for Inland common Law over a month ago my boyfriend sponsored me. We have been living together for over a year and met all the requirements.
But I'm worrying it's been over a month and when I try to link my application to my account (I mailed it in)
The government website says cant find the application
Does that mean that they havent seen it? Or has it been denied?
Also I'm on a visa extension as a visitor that ends next month
Would I already have implied status from my common law application?
Or should I apply for another extension?
I also applied for a work permit with my Common law if that helps
I'm just very anxious about all of this thank you so much

Helpppp

Please don't bump your posts so soon after originally posting. You need to be patient if you want free help.

Your experiences are normal. It will take another 1-2 months before you hear anything from IRCC. They haven't opened your application yet.

If you haven't heard anything by the time your visitor visa is due to expire, it's a good idea to apply for an extension a week or so before it ends. This will keep you in status in Canada in the event your application is returned for any reason.

Hi sorry! I saw a purple dot so I didnt know if it was in review or something! Fully noted though
But the canadian website says to apply a month before my extension is up
Mines is expiring in 3 weeks do you think I should apply now or wait? Thank you so so much

The 30 days is just a guideline. Not a rule. IRCC needs to receive the application to extend before your current visa expires. You can apply now if you want.
