I don’t think that’s right. My parents got pre-arrival email last Nov before even getting the medical request which came later in Dec. Medical passed in Jan and still under process.

But minr came with the UCI no. When I received medical then there was no UCI no.

My parents received their pre-arrival email from NDVO on 12 March and PPR on 16 March. My statement is based on my personal experience.

I think there is no pattern. It seems to be different for everyone.
