Hello,
Hope everyone's doing well,
I'm currently not living in my home country and I'm residing in Saudi Arabia. I previously applied and got refused for immigration status as my identity was expired. However, currently I got my permit renewed and it'll be valid for another 4 to 5 months. Will this be fine.
I actually finished high school here as my father is temporarily working here in Saudi Arabia. I'm going to go on exit to my home country as I'm done with my highschool, so will showing exit entry be fine to counter my immigration status.

Thank you for you reply. The thing is due to the pandemic there are no flights yet and the intake is getting closer. And also another reason for refusal on immigration status for me would have been due to not showing any documents to home country ties but however, I have added new documents now which i did not include before to show close ties to home country like my fathers house property and bank savings account from home country.
and could I know if issuing final visa would be fine and also regarding 5 months for my identity to expire.

I have seen many cases similar yours where students got refused because they applied from 3rd country which they are not citizen of.
I am afraid you will be rejected again. You need to apply from your home country. Show ties to home country such as bank statement, property, land, car any assets in home country.
You dont need to mention 5 months out of status scenario. Only USA, UK, Canada and Australia share immigration information.
And better apply for next year. People who applied in January/February/March are still waiting for decision. Application are delayed and donot expect to receive an answer whtin 3 months it may take longer.
Also canada has suspended application processing untill june 30th. It could extend no one knows.
So just take your time, prepare documents and apply from home country.

You have a very low chance of being approved if you apply from Saudi Arabia. Getting a 4-5 month permit does not address the immigration status refusal reason. IRCC is looking for you to have strong ties to the place where you are living now. You do not have strong ties if you're only allowed to stay another 4-5 months. Wait until flights resume, fly back to your home country and then apply from there.

oh. thank you for the reply, I just want to know one more thing regarding online application. I might be going to my home country if flights resume next month, I want to know when filling the online application can I put the country of residence as my home country while I'm still in saudi arabia. and if I'm doing this I'll be doing this like 2 weeks before going to my home country.

Then you can't say you're living back in your home country until you have returned there. Return to your home country first and then apply online. You don't want to risk a misrepresentation finding and a five year ban.

hello,
I'm sorry to ask again. I just want to confirm that in the study permit application there's two parts one is territory when applying and territory of residence. i know that that territory when applying is where you are currently applying from but what is territory of residence.
