Hii...to all

I'm from Philippines living in saudi Arabia. I've been accepted in university in canada.
After 1 month of waiting for the result of my application it was denied why?
1. Immigration status in country of residence.
2. Purpose of visit-
3.current employment status.

1. CIC wants to see proof of ties to your home country to demonstrate you have no plans on remaining in Canada long term. It's difficult to show this if you are living in a country temporarily and don't have permanent status there.
2. CIC believes you have intentions on remaining in Canada long term. This may be because you didn't demonstrate strong ties to your home country, or because your planned education in Canada doesn't make sense in light of your past education and experience, or for other reasons.
3. Typically this means you are unemployed or didn't show sufficient proof of employemnt.

I have to consult to immigration lawyer to solve this issue

I think it will be more helpful ?

No - not necessarily. You need to put together a strong application. You can do this without a lawyer

Have u solve your issue. I am in same situation. My current country of residence is different from citizenship. What document I should submit with my application.
