Yes absolutely, people have even called today as they have updated in WhatsApp groups. I haven't called them since May 1st as I know that too much calling will only irritate them more and every call we make gets logged in GCMS. So better to call them only once a month just to keep a track.Are they still answering calls?

They most likely can do it remotely, my security was assessed and approved on April 14, in the middle of the lock down.Does someone know how security check is done? Do they need to be in their office or can do remotely? How is the process?
If it takes so long, should we take another med exam? How long is it valid?
It's hard to tell, You should ask them especifically for eligibility, security and criminality (it's nice to know as well the Visa Office - VO ).Guys my aor date is 4 nov 2019.
