After all the steps are passed, there is nothing else left. What does you response to the webform say?
Thank you fro the reply,
Per webform the application is still in process. I called 3 times and each time I was told that everything is passed for now and I need to wait for them to contact me. if everything is passed does it mean that the application is approved and it’s matter of time to receive the email ?

The offer letter cannot have a duration as it should mention that you will be offered a full time job for at least one year after you receive your PR, so it is contingent on you getting the PR. If you offer letter has dates and has elapsed, then you should request your employer to issue a new one and you should send it to IRCC via webform.
Hi @legalfalcon ,

Sure, will proceed accordingly.
Thank you so much for your suggestion. Much appreciated.

My Best

If all stages have passed then a decision has been made. However, currently IRCC is not sending any PPR emails to outland applicants. If you are an outland applicant, you will have to wait.

yes I am outland applicant resident in the USA. Is there any specific question I can ask in a webform to know that the file is approved?

You can specifically ask if a decision has been made on your application.

I did on the phone and the agent told me everything is passed but still in process. That’s why I’m confused and wondering about what left for them to process!

If that is the case, then your application may be awaiting a final review. This is done after all the security checks are complete and all stages have been passed, a final review is done and then the PPR is sent.

Should I worry about the final review? Or it’s just a formal thing since everything is passed? Also, does it usually take a long time to review a file after completing all stages? Mine passed everything in April 18.

If your eligibility is passed, you are all good. The final review is more of a formality to ensure that your meds are valid, send your application to the LVO etc. Just mundane stuff.

As of now, all you can do it have patience and wait. As things will continue to open up, there will be progress and many applicants who have been waiting, will receive the PPR.

Hi @legalfalcon - A bit confused on the below. Could you please help to clarify it?

According to the information on CIC website, principal applicant will not be granted permanent residence if their overseas dependents cannot travel. Does it mean already approved applications whose dependents are overseas and principal applicant in Canada - waiting for landing interview will not be granted PR status till the time travel restrictions are lifted?

"Offices in the Centralized and Domestic Networks will continue to process permanent residence applications where the principal applicant is in Canada and has overseas dependants, taking into account the delays that may occur. The principal applicant should not be granted permanent residence if their overseas dependants cannot travel. Clients will be contacted to ascertain next steps once travel is possible again"

Yes, if the dependents cannot travel due to COVID-19 lockdowns, then the applicant in Canada will have to defer the landing formalities of inform IRCC when the dependents can travel to Canada and land as PRs.

thanks for the message of hope. so in reference into my post on the other thread, "is it accurate or true that when the application passed in eligibility stage, everything will be fine? What I mean is because in other stage like criminal, security, background stage, of course as long you know to yourself that you are a good,law-abiding citizen and not participating in any groups involving anti-government thing or committing human rights violation (which is impossible if you are just plain citizen), and in medical, if you confident that you are 100% healthy. Because in my opinion, eligibility is the most stage that it is not easy o comply. Any thoughts? thanks.", eligibility is the most important of all stages, kind of a gate pass before the application proceeds to another level of process.

Hi @legalfalcon i have a query... I raised a web form and according to that my eligibility was met at CPC Ottawa and bg, security and criminality were valid. Is there any difference in valid and met. AoR was 14 December 2019.
