My relationship is common-law. We have already created EE profile in which I am the primary applicant and accompanied by my partner since Sep 2019. I have 1/2 fund under my name (July 2019) and 1/2 fund under our joint account (July 2019)

Due to the increase of CRS, we agree that I will revise my EE profile as unaccompanied and will sponsor my partner later.

My issue is that, if my partner is not coming with me, can I still use my POF with the joint account. I have found this one but it does not mention my case.

If your spouse or common law partner is not declared in your application (accompanying or not), you cannot use the funds in their account. However, you your spouse or common law partner are declared in your application, you can use the fund in their account. Regarding PCC, I was filling out an application for EE. I worked in Iraq for one year and a half on a rotational basis (30 days work x 30 days vacation) which means I did not stay in Iraq for "6 months in a row". When I open the instructions on how to get PCC in this country, it is saying "You do not have to provide a police certificate from Iraq unless we ask for one". But in the documents that need to be uploaded, it is asking for one. What documents do I need to upload? or Do I need to upload one? Do you think the 6 months in a row will apply to my situation?

Reason to drop from univ after first semester -
as we get Wes evaluation For dental degree and 8,7,7,7 ielts with one year exp from india he is eligible for express entry, so felt its not worth investing so much as an international student , as per my knowledge once dropped out from university one cannot stay in the country leisurely score ielts and get into express entry pool...so thought better idea would be to go back, also meanwhile can take care of my parents as they are getting mentally sick at home with this pandemic..do i need to inform IRcc of the reason why I had to drop out the course and leave? Or is there any other stream for dental graduates to apply for PR and leafe

If you leave your education, you do not need to inform IRCC. If your PR application is in progress, just make sure you leave Canada within 60 days of leaving the program. Also, inform the university so that their international student office can update your status.

You can wait in your country of residence for your PR application decision. Make sure that you do mention the study in Canada in your PR application.

To claim points for arranged job offer your job should be offered for a prior of at least one year after the PR is approved. If you have this in your letter, then you need not worry and there is no need to send a revised offer letter to IRCC.

Two questions -
1. Since it is my office in Canada which has to issue the offer letter again, do you suggest we issue it again and resubmit to IRCC? What should be the context mentioned for resubmission?
2. How do you suggest we mention the duration of offer validity in the letter since we are not sure on the date of PR issuance?

I got to know that my application passed all steps on 18th of April from a phone call. Also, the agent told me to wait for an email from the responsible officer for further instruction. However, I raised a webform and the reply I received indicate that the file is still in process. Is there any steps left to be completed after you pass eligibility, criminality, medical and security? Also, how long it usually takes to make a decision after passing those steps? I passed them in April 18th and no news since then.

The offer letter cannot have a duration as it should mention that you will be offered a full time job for at least one year after you receive your PR, so it is contingent on you getting the PR. If you offer letter has dates and has elapsed, then you should request your employer to issue a new one and you should send it to IRCC via webform.

After all the steps are passed, there is nothing else left. What does you response to the webform say?
