Outland Sponsorship practical questions

Hi,
I have several related questions.

If I apply to sponsor my partner (who is a UK citizen) under outland sponsorship, and then she travels with me to Canada as a visitor for as long as possible, applying for an extension if possible after 6 months, then when the medical comes up, can we get permission to do the medical in Canada if we are here, or would we have to go back to the UK to get it?

Also, similarly, if we are successful and get to the point of submitting her passport for the final step, and she is still here with me as a visitor, can we submit the passport in Canada, or do we have to submit it to the office in the place she applied from (London)?

Finally, if I am living in one province, but intend to move soon, can the outland application be made for another province than the once the sponsor is residing in?

Thank you.

1. Yes, any Panel Physician in the world.
2. If she is a UK citizen, then she only submits the bio-pages to the processing office., i.e. London, and they will send the COPR.
3. Doesn't matter (unless you are moving to Quebec or living in Quebec) as long as you keep CIC current with your address.

I am living in Quebec in fact, but I want to move to Nova Scotia soon. Can we (she) apply before I am moved out of Quebec and say that Nova Scotia is the province we will be staying in, without having to go through the Quebec process?

If you want to avoid the Quebec process, you would need to move early on or show solid proof of intent to leave Quebec, such as a house purchase, lease agreement, job, etc.
