I have downloaded the softcopy from the website, but the ECA sent by WES by courier is yet not been delivered and it is more than 4 months now.
I just want to confirm that downloaded softcopy is enough or not. If not I need to order a duplicate copy.

It is enough, hard copy is not required at all. They will just verify your ECA report number with WES during the process and I am sure there is no place to upload the WES report in your document checklist, people normally include it with the educational documents.

I used softcopy and didn't face any issues with approval

Guys, FYI - WES my brother was given estimated delivery date of 22nd April but the report was generated and soft-copy was available to download by yesterday itself.

Was his document received and acknowledged by WES before March 10th?

If its after 10th then this means things are changing from before, but if its before 10th then its in line with what they had informed earlier.

Hi guys
This is my first post here so let me know if I am not posting it in the right forum thread. My husband and I are in the express entry pool with him as the primary applicant. While we looked good with our total at 472 earlier, there haven’t been any FSW draws ever since we entered pool and my husband recently turned 31 which reduced our totals further. We still have a decent scope to maximize our IELTS, but that’s again on hold due to the current situation.
While this all gets sorted, we have been thinking of going through the PNP router as well as we believe that my experience as an UX/UI designer might help us there. Does it mean that we need to enter the pool with me as a primary applicant now? I don’t have a post graduate degree so the totals fall well below 450 when we do that. I believe we cannot have multiple profiles in the system. Any help on the matter will be appreciated!

You can create a profile for yourself as well, its not wrong. However, one profile must be deleted after the other profule has gotten ITA

Hello does CEC candidate require to show proof of funds. I read it on website that if you receive ITA through CEC stream you don't need to show proof of funds

P.S I received my ITA in last draw am di am outside Canada

all documents were received and acknowledged by WES on 6th March

Is it okay to get medicals done before ITA?

Yes, I've already done mine. Just told the office it was upfront. I have my UMI number and all the forms have been submitted to IRCC already, even though I'm still waiting for my ITA.

Hello everyone. I have a question in regards to ITA. This is my scenario.

1st Job: 30 Apr 2018 – 26 Apr 2019 (1 year)

2nd Job: 10 Jun 2019 – Present (currently in 23rd month)

My EE profile is active as of April 2019 and i got points for 2 years on April 1. I think because the system calculated my first job as 13 months even though i just worked 1 day for April 2018. I received an ITA on April 9 draw. My questions are as follows:

In such a case, when I have not yet fully completed 24 months, can I accept this ITA? OR can I accept it and submit my eAPR after I complete 24 months as i have got 90 days to apply?

Because as per “MEC”, I am already eligible for CEC as I have completed 12 months and this case is for my 2nd year. I am a little confused here as I would like to know if CIC calculates MEC individually for each year of work experience.

And if have to decline, I am wondering when I go back in pool, will I get another ITA if my score is high enough? Also, is there any limit to number of ITA’s that I am allowed to decline?

Anyone else has a similar situation? This is quite confusing. Your responses are highly appreciated. Thanks.

Yes you can accept it but make sure you submit your PR application after actually completing 24 months. This won't be an issue as long as you have full 2 years when you submit your file. (I confirmed it with cic) Good luck!

And yes if you do decline then you will be back in the pool for next draw as long as you don't let your ITA expire you are good. But cic is very unpredictable so I highly suggest not declining it as you never know when they will conduct next draw.

No just attach a letter saying that you got ITA under cec so you are not required to submit the proof. (As mentioned on official CIC website).
