Well, unfortunately my/our application was returned to us today I know it is my own fault as it was returned because we did not have my husband's birth certificate translated before we included it in the application.

Soooo. Now my question is focused on what to do next. When the application was submitted, my husband was in Germany and the application reflected that. Now he is in Canada with me soooo do we have to change the photos of his passport pages and what about the bar codes pages and what about the rest of the application...do we have to I start from scratch and redo all of the online forms??..

I think I will just sit down and cry now.

Sorry to hear that. Only the pages that you are updating need new Barcode pages if all is the same leave it. Just make sure dates are within 90 days when you are sending it back. Otherwise you'll have to do it all over.

My husband went to do his medical today and his blood pressure is a bit elevated. They sent him to see his personal doctor and come back in a week. Does anyone know if the report to IRCC will be held until then? What if his blood pressure remains high, will he fail the medical?

Alas! Some Good news.
11th Feb Applicant I was able to link my application with my account and saw application number UCI number and its showing in process however I have not recieved any correspondence from CIC.

You most likely will get something today or tonight. They look like they started working again today. Mail has been accepted again etc. Hopefully they get back to regular programming. lol

My file was moved to Accra Visa office on March 11, till now I haven't even received an acknowledgment email and my ecas hasn't changed. I wonder if this has to do with the COVID 19 Pandemic.
Has any of the February applicant's file been moved to AVO? Please share your experiences.

I tried to call them but it says they are not in the office/attending phone calls...

My file was moved to AVO on March 03 and ECAS showed AVO started processing on March. No mail was sent for acknowledgment by AVO. Others might have a different experience.

You just have to wait... They're about a week behind in sending out AOR1 for Feb applicants. Nothing has been done all week. Covid-19 is the reason. We just have to wait a little longer. You'll either get AOR1 or it will show up in your mailbox. We just have to wait unfortunately. We don't even know how many people will be working and for how long.
