I think you should courier it through FedEx using their address as it appeared in the letter of PP request. You could also track It. How did you know that Ghana VFS has opened?

I wish they could just treat Outland applications like that of inland, issue the spouses temporary work permit because it's just not fair. Living alone without your spouse is the hardest thing ever.

OK that's quite a relief. Mine isn't showing anything yet. I think I would have to be checking ECAS every minute of the day.

My file was moved to Accra Visa office on March 11, till now I haven't even received an acknowledgment email and my ecas hasn't changed. I wonder if this has to do with the COVID 19 Pandemic. Has any of the January/February applicant's file been moved to AVO? Please share your experiences.
