You just have to wait... They're about a week behind in sending out AOR1 for Feb applicants. Nothing has been done all week. Covid-19 is the reason. We just have to wait a little longer. You'll either get AOR1 or it will show up in your mailbox. We just have to wait unfortunately. We don't even know how many people will be working and for how long.

Keep in mind - from what I can tell the processing of new applications (i.e. to AOR1) has in the last two months been quite a bit faster. We do not know why.

So to say that they are 'behind' - that is comparing only to the most recent months. For most of 2019 the timing for AOR1 was mostly 30-60 days.

Is there a way to contact anyone that would know anything about my application. My application reached on feb 24.. but I haven’t heard anything..
I tried to call them but it says they are not in the office/attending phone calls...
if you open tracker 2019 you can find in every month any people who received AOR1 more later than 99%! It`s normal

My file was moved to AVO on March 03 and ECAS showed AVO started processing on March. No mail was sent for acknowledgment by AVO. Others might have a different experience.
OK that's quite a relief. Mine isn't showing anything yet. I think I would have to be checking ECAS every minute of the day.

Yes of course. The new subs however don't know what normal is. I see @Belarusian has given them the 2019 spreadsheet so they can see that 2 weeks is a recent blessing. What I'm trying to understand is why people don't realize the pandemic is affecting EVERYTHING right now. So to expect normal from immigration on our side of the world is a little bit overzealous.

That aside... 2 weeks is about 90% of submissions. Some people fell way outside of that grid. So keep that in mind as well. Happy social distancing.

Hello everyone. We submitted our application February 17, 2020 and it was received February 21, 2020. We sent it via XpressPost and used a tracking number to find out when it was delivered. We still have not received any information from IRCC and am beginning to wonder if our application has been lost. Because we have not had any correspondence from IRCC with an application number, we cannot use any form to find get any information about our application. Any suggestions?
Call them and ask about your application, they will atleast tell you if they have received the same.
