Can you update that in the spreadsheet, please?

Guys, I just noticed below message in ECAS. Neither did I receive any email nor physical mail as of today. Could this be a FP request? Its been 14 days and I wonder why I didn't receive physical mail until now...

We sent you correspondence on February 26, 2020. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

Could be. Same thing happened to me. I called them on March 2nd, the guy was helpful and told me it was about a fingerprint request. He opened a request asking them to send the request again and that it could take 30 days for another email. I received it the next day. And the email does not start with 'DO NOT REPLY', like the first email we receive from them. That's why I think I accidentally deleted it.

I received an email.
