Similar timeline- but ahead by 2 days! They got mine JULY 19- no CC charge, no email, no call, no NOTHING. Extremely frustrated at how SLOW they are. I applied for citizenship Nov. 2019 and got my cert July 2021. IRCC is SO INNEFICIENT.
