Can atip/gcms notes be ordered any time or there is suitable time frame. I wish to see what remarks CO has written on my file. In the past in spousal sponsorship application i discovered through gcms notes that there was gap in history. We gave correction with proof and explanation then only file moved. CO least bother to communicate it's notes that give clue.

My in-laws file was transferred to Nairobi, now parents in Canada and the address is changed...we did contact IRCC in canada and they said the file is in Nairobi and they can't give any response about the file...who to call or email for file transfer....any advice ??

They lived there for 6 m 15 days 23 years back. Don't they ask pcc since the age of 18 ??

hi folks, quick question here. If common law partners separate and they sponsored both parents together. do they need to notify IRCC for the changes? or if there is any effect for the application?

Thry should be asking to be removed as a co-signer from each other’s applications.

I was in same situation as yours, not sure about the guide but in the form it is clearly writen as "If you answer yes to any question from 5-15, you MAY not be eligible to be a sponsor." My understanding is than they check your family size and recalculate your minimum income requirement to find if you are eligible or not.
I have already submitted my parents application

I agree with you it says MAY BE so ans for past sponsorship should be yes. Attach an explanation that you sponsored your parents and your LICO should be for yourself parents and spouse. Hope that helps

New Delhi office sends a separate letter for PCC unlike say CPC-Mississauga (and may be others). Check the link below for a sample PCC request issued by New Delhi office and other sample letters. There is also a sample letter from CPC-Mississauga with SA approval+PCC in the same document.

I am in the same boat and am waiting for the PCC and IME requests. Based on the historical timelines, it appears that you should expect it coming after 1.5-2 months of SA approval letter.

I actually received AOR today.

PA inprocess or app received?? I got AOR from Singapore Feb 21,20 and they started processing my application in the same date.

Every LVO's processing steps are different. CPC M is the only LVO asked fo all the details with the SA letter. Wait fo your communication from NDVO
