Yes i am in process since Dec 2, 2019 from ON.
I have no idea what is going on.

No need to worry. Dec 2 wasn't that long ago, just be patient. I was in process Sep 9 and only received biometrics today.

THe PPR letter is emailed to the principle applicant unless you act as a representative for your parents, then it will come to you. After DM it took 13 days for me but some are quicker

If we are not writing the address how we know they have mailed us back without tracking Number.

Keep a note of tracking number. Cic will print you home address.

Thanks the Canada Post Envelope will be Xpress Post as per letter. Also did you get an Annex A form in email to be attached with package.

Does PPR letter specify which office they want you to send passport to? Can one send passport to any office for visa? For example can my parents fly to Canada and send passport to Mississauga office?
