I uploaded via webform and got an email acknowledgement. I don't think there's a specific line item for these things on MyCIC or ECAS.

I have the same problem. Bio done on Sept 30 in Minneapolis and still shows as not received. I uploaded the acknowledgement receipt we got from the center & they sent an email acknowledging receipt.

Opinion was divided.... My situation is the same as yours and I sent just the most recent one. Others sent passports covering the last 10 years. If you do that, though, then your travel form has to mention all the travel history, from both passports. Have not seen any comments about IRCC...
