I heard about ur refusal, very sad news bcoz everyone have s hope for bright future and also the fees is too much. Don't worry..plz can u let me know how many children ur employer have and annual income bcoz I got AOR on 12 November after that no update. I think ircc requested NOA and t4 from u? and which province u applied?I applied under home support worker..plz reply me.. thx

Did u submitted one year NOA or t4 with ur original application bcoz I submitted one year NOA with my original application,so they can ask for three years or not?plz reply m.. thx
Hi. I believe they needed 3 years NOA. And about income, it should be LICO plus salary of the caregiver, that would be the minimum income they required. But still im not sure

- the fact that the employer has the financial ability to pay the wages specified in the job offer
- in the case of a live-in arrangement, the fact that reasonable accommodations are provided (for example, a private room)
- financial information provided by the employer
- the caregiver’s salary
- the household composition declared in the job offer

The applicants didn't submit any NOA or T4 with the original application. IRCC asked for it after a couple months from the employer. 3 years of NOA and T4s
