Please I need your clarification on this two issues.
1. My Visitors Visa expires on 19/03/2020 and I want to travel on 25/02/2020. Do you advise Can I apply for new Visitors Visa since the old one expires soon.

2. Can I also use my old unique client identifier (uci) for the new application?

It depends, since your visa is still valid, you will be able to travel with it. The expire date is the last day in which you can arrive in Canada. You can also apply for new visitor visa which will be processed based on its merit and satisfying immigration rule for visit visa. Your UCI is unique and identify you with immigration. You can always refer to it in any subsequent application.
