QUEBEC Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship 2019

Its showing october 11 to me.

Called MIFI today to inquire about my parents CSQ application that they received by the end of September. Operator advised that it’s still in process and no decision has been made till now because there’s some investigation done by a third party and they did not receive the results yet.

I don’t know what kind of investigation, if they need clarification or more documents to make a decision they could simply call me or my employer.

Any idea what could that be?

That shouldn’t be related to visa office. CSQ’s are issued in Montreal.

No one from Quebec Applicant got Decision made for PR application.
is Local VO waiting for Quebec quota for 2020 to issue PR visa?
