your line already updated with medical passed date but still color not change because might you have chance to get Bio request.

if applicant did not get Bio request color remain same. we see some applicant got Bio request just before DM2.

do you know medical passed date for @douwama ?

The main line states :

"This confirms that your application for permanent residence in Canada has been received by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) on 2019/06/05. "
etc etc etc


This came from Pretoria , South Africa ( my folks reside in South Africa )

Is this now the LVO I assume ??

My AOR letter stated CPC -Mississauga .

Just curious .

your AoR is for Sponsorship Application issue from CPC-M .Today what principal Applicant got is AoR from Pretoria for PR application.

Did you got Sponsorship Approval Letter? Pretoria VO mention on your Sponsorship Approval letter too.

I did not receive a Sponsorship Approval letter .
 
I have sent an email to CSS.ClientCheck@gov.ab.ca

And also called the supervisor in the Edmonton office (the number was provided by @bdidol ), she said its not her office where this request would go but she took my phone number and said she will try to find out which department/office it would have gone and she will give me contact information from that departments (hopefully she could find that department).
I’ll share the details as soon as I get any email or call back from that supervisor.

I went to my MP office. They are basically as helpful (aka useless) as IRCC themselves.
I am so sorry to hear that. I not sure what else you can do.
