I applied for FSW-O and my AOR - May 14th. My application was approved on Nov 15th (received confirmation via webform and phone call with IRCC agent) but still i have not received the golden mail.

Anyone with any past experience how to handle this mental draining situation???

As PPRs are issued in batches, all you can do is wait. There is no way to nudge them in sending that "Golden Mail."

we all had to wait several months after pir approval to get the PR.
As I said in your PM, you can email your VO but ultimately you'll still need to wait.

Yeah.. hence my pain is a bit more than all the unfortunate people left here. This is what prompted me to hire a law firm and serve a legal notice to embassy here in delhi. Let’s see if this helps or not. Fingers crossed.
so sad you have to grow through this..
Hopefully the second leg of the journey; settling, getting a job will be smoother..

How many months can be the maximum time in such situation!
There is no defined timeline. All you can do is wait and follow-up if you do not hear from them in a month's time

Thanks for the gesture, really appreciate it. Let’s see when the second leg of this ticket to nowhere starts. Lol

Hey guys, I require an opinion. Due to illness I had to quit my job last month. Should I update this via webform? I’m worried that this may again restart the chain of them referring the file back to Canada and back here again? As the change has no implications on the maximum work years one can choose at the time of application. I am well over that so it won’t affect the scores.

Hey buddy ... hope you're feeling better now.

You don't need to inform IRCC. Your experience is locked at AOR date and hence any change post that doesn't really bother IRCC.

hey familyb wassup

In the past it happened quite quickly but these days it seems to take time even after re-medical. We have a few friends here who have been waiting for months even after re-medical. So, there is no fixed timeline.
:(
Is it true that PPR happens in batches?
