I have the same issue and mine was sent on 22th Oct. Just sent out a webform request

I called IRCC today and they confirmed it was a fingerprint request. They said re-sending the email may take up to 30 days! I asked if I could just go to RCMP and get the fingerprints done myself; they said I need to have the email first and I must wait. Quite frustrating to be honest but what else can we do?! Please let me know if you have any update on your end. Good luck!

Hi guys,
I got FP request on Nov 1. Got them done on Nov 4 from Drive Check.
I am not 100% sure or may be didn't understand it right.
Drive Check will pass on the information to RCMP and RCMP will send information/clearance directly to IRCC Vancouver ?
Or RCMP will be sending me something and I would have to send information to IRCC Vancouver ?

If you signed the consent to release information to third party then RCMP will send it directly. Otherwise they will send you the results and you have to send original to IRCC on the address written on the letter.

You can file for GCMS notes or call IRCC to find out which is your processing office. Not everyone gets FP.

Sorry no, but my advise is to practice the online quizzes. I did my prep using the Guide and quizzes.

Nothing really special about the process and it may vary by location. You arrive, then get “checked in”, write your test and then wait for the results.
