No, only the sponsor receive mail from cic.

In ECAS it says decision made for sponsorship application but haven't received any email or letter?
I mean who gets this email about sponsor approval?

hang on.. you will get an email later today or tom. mine, i receive an email a day after decision made on ecas.

The email came a day late for when I saw the decision made in ECAS.

The sponsor will receive the email of sponsor eligibility.

I got my AOR on 1st November, since then no update. People are getting their Sponsorship Approval pretty quick which makes me worried about my case.
