I will advice you to call CIC, no harm in calling themIf they received our application on September 20th and we still have no AOR or update in ECAS or GCKey, is it too early to try calling? Our application is so straight forward and I thought we did such a good job on completing it. I'm starting to panic but I know I shouldn't.
My application was received on Sep. 20th too. No news here as well. Starting to get worried. Anyone knows if they return the application, will they send it to sponsor? do they use regular post or registered? If they received our application on September 20th and we still have no AOR or update in ECAS or GCKey, is it too early to try calling? It will reset tomorrow... you're locked for 24 hours.Hi all,
Haven't received AOR1 yet but am expecting it soon so wanted to check ECAS just in case - I tried 3 different combinations and it now tells me, "You have exceeded the number of login attempts allowed. At this time you may: verify your personal information and try again ; or contact us."
Does anyone know if this will reset tomorrow or if that's it, and I've just massively mucked up and won't be able to log in now even when I get my AOR1?
Any help is much appreciated - panicking that I've done something wrong!
Thanks so much!
It happened to me once. I don’t know how much time it is required to wait to log back in, but you can try again tomorrow. Nothing to be worried about.Hi all,
