Yeah, i believe it could be because of NOC 2171 too. I haven't seen except one person, who got nomination with this NOC. Whereas other 1221 & 1241 are getting nomination so fast.

I think i have to sit tight and have to keep hope high.

Don't Worry, I received NOI (CRS 425, NOC 1241) on August 28th and FN on Oct 11, Still waiting on Nomination. They received more files after July. So that could be the reason as well for this delay.
