I have seen that first time I called them a few times but they never said me thatI just called them, the agent told me that she cant give me an update or what's the status. I think I just have to patiently wait for the next update...

Additional Document Request - Jan 20, 2020 - PCC and Birth Certificate showing both parents names.
So while I am uploading additional documents on my CIC account today Jan 21, 2020, They sent me Pre Arrival Letter through my CIC Account.
As I assumed this letter should be after Medical Passed, I don't know why they sent it before Medical Request.
Does it mean that I don't need to do a medical check?

So while I am uploading additional documents on my CIC account today Jan 21, 2020, They sent me Pre Arrival Letter through my CIC Account.
As I assumed this letter should be after Medical Passed, I don't know why they sent it before Medical Request.
Does it mean that I don't need to do a medical check?
Pre arrival letters can come to you anytime, like before medicals or after medicals.
Though you always need to get your medicals done if you’re applying for permanent residency and have not got a medical done in the last one year.
