Pre-arrival letter received today whats next?

Yet to have ppr may be this corona virus will affect it the more I hot pre arrival letter in Nov 6th passed medical on 7th of Oct 2019
Hello Everyone,
I have applied for PR application under PNP PEI ( Prince Edward Island ) program.
My timeline and current status are as below :
Application Received : July, 24 2019
Review of eligibility : We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Review of medical results : January 15, 2020 You passed the medical exam.
Review of additional documents : We are reviewing the additional documents you provided ( I submitted requested additional docs on Feb, 20 2020 )
Interview : You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
Biometric : January 10, 2020 Completed.
Background check : We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
Final decision : Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made
Invitation to Pre-arrival services : Jan, 16 2020
I was working in PEI by temporary work permit.
Can Everyone help and advise when could I receive the final decision made ?

some guys in the other thread says that if an applicant received a PAL it indicates that the applicant has already passed the eligibility. when i received my gcms last december, it say there that I already passed on the eligibility.
