Nice. My anniversary is in December.. My travel is always so expensive and hard which I have submitted to CIC with my application. I have to go Bangladesh to visit my parents only for few days before wedding and then travel to Pakistan. Due to poor bilateral relationship between Pakistan and Bangladesh there is no direct flight between these two countries. I had to travel Bangkok to connect Bangladesh and Pakistan. I did all these for my wife as I really love her from the bottom of my heart. We spent hours after hours over the phone ( video and audio) after my work . I have also submitted pictures showing that my parents and relatives watching the wedding live. Also pictures of my wife and I, including her family communicating with my family in Bangladesh through webcam. Honestly I have submitted tons of pictures of me with her family too in different occasions during my stay in Pakistan..

Thanks..My next visit in coming December and visa will create more evidences to support my application. Anyway I hope they finalize everything soon for everyone and bring an end to stress and wait

Hi guys.. just wanna share something and obviously wanna know something too.. i m feb 8th applicant, done with medical, bio, SA in april and it was complete silence since then.. a day before, i got additional document request in which they asked for my Master's thesis topic and a detailed Resume containing education, qualifications and experience.. i hv uploaded it yesterday.. my file hasn't been transferred..my question is why they had asked me for my educational documents while we hv applied for spousal visa..
Secondly, how long they will take to respond back for File transfer as other feb applicants are getting transfers.. i m so worried

Hi guys, my nikkah translator won't give me an affidavit. He asked me to get attestation from the Union Council where my marriage is registered. would the attestation alone suffice or do i need to get an affidavit too?

Ask him to give an English nikah nama intead of urdu one. Or get in both languages. My qazi gave me my nikah nama in both urdu and English languages also the nadra registered one.

First:
Please tell me who filed out your immigration forms? they want to see all the years of work and education together no breaks or gaps...don't worry its nothing....they just want to make sure your education and work history details.

Secondly, we are january 17 applicant and we are also done with everything in April but complete silence since april and no email even about file transfer...i think they are just busy and nothing else...you know they received our application on Jan 17 and started processing it all the way on March 6....so i guess they received too many applications in the beginning of the year....

i hate this waiting but i always tell myself only one thing...THIS SHALL PASS TOO...but always hope for the Best

Assalamoalaikum.
What I observed is the people who hired lawyer are getting long processing time to get the visa. In my family and relatives everyone gets there visa in 6-8 months max. We all submitted the application without hiring a lawyer or representative. Also, I sponsored my wife on 20th September, 2019 and Alhamdulillah they received the application on 23rd September, 2019. Also got the AOR on 9th October. Alhamdulillah every thing is going smoothly rightnow and i m hoping that InshaAllah it gonna take few months to get the visa InshaAllah. But still we needs alot of prayers

They received it on the 25th
they confirmed receiving in June
Said I met the eligibility to be a Sponsor in July
They claimed to have sent medical instructions to my husband in July, but it was never received, so after calling them we had them resend it in August
Now his side is saying they have received medical results
Yesterday I got an e-mail stating our file is being moved to the London Office
