I thought we could upload documents on mycic account, but I dont see that option. it shows a table for required and optional documents but I cannot upload anything, it says no required documents for this application. Is it the same for everyone?

It depends where you are, you can look on the VAC website and find the nearest place you can do the biometrics and it will tell you whether you can walk in or need to make an appointment
You can check with both, at this stage, you will see more information if you try with yours
If you have been accepted and qualify for PGP this year don’t worry. Guess there could be a slight slow down in processing but it is quite unlikely and the only thing that really counts is that you are approved. Please are still waiting from PGP 2016/2017/2018 so 2019 is still going rather quickly.
Agreed. Seems like PGP 2019 is going lightning fast imo. Election does worry me but at the end of the day, they won't cancel the approved applications. Worst they can do is delay.

@gayatri.kan is also facing the same issue...just keep trying. I suspect they will clear the inbox by later today / tomorrow. Lots of people send emails on weekends.
