For us, it was not doable, CIC referred us to VO, I emailed VO 3 times, they sent me templates as response repeating all passports need to be sent together. so as per my experience, it was not doable.

This is the rule for visitor visa. immigration visa is different. I dont believe there is any problem for dep landing. if it was, they wouldnt have given them visa :)

if you have a picture of the COPR, i would call canadian border services (or even better if you email them to have it in writing) and ask. if the picture is legible, just print it.

did you try emailing Ankara and explaining the situation and requesting an electronic copy? may be also ask to send a copy to canada if they insist on paper. also, can you please clarify your timelines. when was you medical requested and when was is received? your timeline on the tracker seems...

what a mess! i am sorry you are going through all this. if i were you, i would write a very clean short email to pakistan visa office just asking what to do. forget details of history, it makes them confused and then they transfer the email to another dep and etc. keep it short and sweet asking...

yes, my brother did his medical exam inside canada. and no, poling is not possible at this point. that being said, I have read somewhere that there are offices that can perform virtual landing by appointment.
