I have received ITA. I have two burning issues in my mind for personal history.

1) I am a director in a company. But my work experience is with a different organisation. When I want to include this in personal history would it be grouped as an organisation or employment?

2) I am an associate in a professional organisation. How do I list it? Under education or organisation?

I have grouped my memberships with association under organisation. Because education then asks you to confirm the level of education being sought. it was a bit confusing.

Is your personal history for the last 10 years and is this 10 years from age 18?
Am a bit confused on this aspect. My last 10 years is not from age 18, so do i still need to present the information from age 18?

1. Are these concurrent, if so you need not mention in your personal history since you were already employed. If not you can mention it as voluntary work assuming it was an unpaid director position
2. Were you working in an educational institute? If so, mention employment.

Form should make this clear for latest rules. I believe it is last ten years or since age 18, whichever is less in duration

Is there a problem if we list in both? I mean if work history n personal history we add overlapping stuff?
