Please can you help. If I reside in India since birth, n get PCC issued in India in September, but travel after that for 6 days only to Hong Kong in October n return, is that PCC valid for submission to iron in Dec? Or just because I traveled to Hong Kong for a couple of days I need a new PCC?

Being in express entry is enough for oinp draws as long as u fulfill their criteria and your noc is in their list for that category. I think 6 months Bank statement is required.

In Ontario category based 460 is very possible, depending on your noc

N no draws!!!!! Anyone any idea what's going on? Some fb forums are speculating no more draws this year, some saying it's coz of tech glitch. Would it really take a giant like ircc with so many resources at it's disposal more than two weeks to fix a glitch? It's quite weird.

It's very frustrating. After going through the whole oinp waiting anxiety, when it's all clear finally , now we are stuck at the mercy of ircc's hands. Most unfortunate situation for some of us who just missed the Oct 24 draw. Thank god many got through that. Some of us left. Please any idea...

yes that's my understanding. I was also picked from the pool by Ontario when they conducted their tech draw.

I am not an expert. I also have a consultant who is guiding and handling my file. My basic knowledge tells me for BC PNP u need a job offer. Ontario picks up from the EE pool. But u need to ask someone we'll versed on this.
