So lawyer just let me know that passport was complete October 4. Hopefully it’s on the way back to Dominican. Still hope for Thanksgiving!!
How do you find out if it was sent back...in transit?

No idea how you can tell if its on its way back.

The only thing I've read is once the passport has been stamped it takes a few days to get COPR and then they send them both back.

Keep us posted on how long it takes and if anything shows up on ECAS or GCKEY.

I suppose it’s a surreal feeling after the extreme stress of this eternal wait.

I don’t think it’s always about red flags . I truly believe that interviews are becoming the new norm with Canada . I for one agree with an interview . Some may not agree and that’s fine but if they can process and interview within the 12 month timeline then I say it’s great . USA interviews every applicant and I think Canada will start to follow suit .
Like so many others I am in cue for interview and I’m not frustrated at the interview part I’m frustrated at the wait !

Well because waiting 13 months to only be told you are in queue for an interview with no actual date set , is frustrating .
Everyone’s views are different , don’t like what I have to say that’s ok , I’m good over here waiting .

no I think the comment was aimed at me , because in an earlier post I had mentioned that I was frustrated with the wait of 13 months to be told about an interview , yet remained positive about it because well what else can we do . I may have also struck a nerve in that earlier post about interviews and how we weren’t worried and my views on how I think ( my opinion) that cic should interview everyone as long as it’s done within time lines .
Not everyone will agree with everyone’s opinions and that’s ok . I know a lot of people who’s views I don’t agree with , but I’m still kind
Sometimes my positive outlook bothers people

my husband's ECAS still says in process... pre-arrival email came on July 20th

I e-mailed mexico on Sept.13.. they responded Oct 3rd.. saying its still in process, no further actions required, blah blah blah.. basically saying stop bothering us haha

Yay! I don't suspose they indicated when issuance could happen haha. I almost died when I saw the status change but it seems we're in for a bit more waiting. Maybe they'll do a bunch in a batch. Hopefully soon!

Hi, applicant Outland NOV 18 here.
Sant 2 email to VO Mexico (1 on August and in September) and they no reply!. I'm brazilian, my process is there since 5 August and don't ser movements on Mexico. My husband request the ATIP, de have until 30 October for any reply.
I'm worried, looks there is stopped...
