Before it was Not Applicable. I want to understand whether they considered it and are processing background check, or the status automatically changes when LVO (Warsaw) starts to process the application. TIA

notarized translation in either English or French.
I believe it means Hukou has to be with a notarized translation. A local lawyer told me that I have to do it in China if a notarized translation is required. Hope this is helpful to you.
Hello guys ! I am really confused and need your kind help , my brother filed my parents sponsorship for the draw in 2018 they were not selected in initial draw but later were selected around aug 2018 , the fees was paid and application submitted in 2018 December , we were given two numbers

in april 2019 by brother account showed notification that the process just started and time line is 20-24 month
is this ok ? I am confused did my brother do something wrong , if my situation makes sense to anyone , please help me we were of the opinion that once application us accepted it gets processed under a year.

We completed medical 2 months back, and last week we received email to send all pages of passport, Travel document, CV of my DAD, PCC. Has anybody experienced this?
We have not been asked for Biometrics.
What would be the next steps?
CIC shows Medical received.
Any help would be appreciated !

Mine was the same, later it turned to not applicable, and after sending me AoR it turned back to "we are processing"
