What is your In process date for Sponsorship application?

I got medical request on 27 September 2019
I got another email that my parents application is transferred to Mississauga Ontario
So my question is
Do I send the PCC via email or via Mail as I saw in the email I got that for expedite processing sends us the docs via email
Another question Shall I expect PCC and BIO request from IRCC or not ?Should I wait for them to send the PCC request or not ?

Do I need to upload the resume of parents as they asked in the docs required ??
Please guide

My mum has stayed in the UK for over six months in a calendar year, (several visits), seven years back. Do I need to get a UK PCC for her as well?

Question, how much time did CPC Mississauga to transfer file to London? I received SA approval letter and now the file will be transferred to London UK for further processing.
